What is the difference between your product lines?

What exactly comes in a standard Heritage Letters subscription?

Every month, the subscriber receives an elegantly crafted, multi-sensory travel package themed around the Golden Age of Travel. This includes a personalized, narrative letter printed on premium, heavy Oyster Wove paper, a high-resolution photograph to hold, and a vintage-style souvenir postcard and our monthly "Helping Hand" fridge magnet.

Can I send a subscription as a gift to an elderly relative?

Yes. Many of our subscribers are family members buying a meaningful, recurring gift for a parent or grandparent. You can enter their delivery address at checkout, and we can include a beautiful custom gift note in their very first package to let them know it is from you.

Is there any hidden tax or delivery fees added at checkout?

Absolutely not. We believe in total financial transparency. The price you see on our subscription page is the exact price you pay—postage and packaging are fully included, and there are never any hidden fees popped onto your total at the final checkout screen.

How do I cancel or change the shipping address?

Because we are a personal, independent service, there are no complicated automated dashboards or long-term contracts here—you can make changes simply by emailing us directly at [Insert Your Business Email].

To help us manage our studio stock and printing runs, our monthly cutoff date is the 5th of the month.

  • If you email us on or before the 5th: We will update, pause, or cancel your subscription immediately for that month's upcoming package.

  • If you email us after the 5th: Your current month's package has already been counted, packed, and processed for shipping. You will still receive that month's beautiful delivery, and your requested change or cancellation will take effect for the very next month.

What is included in the monthly Group Studio Master Box?

Each master box is an all-in-one, turnkey community event. It contains a single Master Heritage Letter printed on elegant Oyster Wove paper to read aloud, a step-by-step Group Leader’s Wellbeing Guide, and a set of pristine, individually cellophane-wrapped resident craft packs tailored exactly to your chosen group size.

Are the craft activities limited to just painting canvas boards?

No. To keep your home’s wellness curriculum dynamically fresh, vibrant, and engaging, our premium crafts rotate monthly based on the historical theme. While we utilize rigid, high-end canvas boards for painting sessions, other months feature specialized, superlight air drying clay, professional sketch sets, or specialized textile work.

How does this box help our home meet CQC standards?

Our packages are designed by experts with deep social care expertise specifically to target key quality indicators. We make B2B scaling entirely stress-free. If your resident lounge circle grows or changes, you can scale your monthly pack quantities up or down accordingly. Simply update your group size in your online portal or drop our studio an email before the 25th of the month to adjust your next delivery run.

We make onboarding your community completely seamless. Because our launch is strictly limited to our exclusive Founding Member slots, here is the quick 3-step process to secure your home's place:

  1. Book a Quick Chat: Scroll up to our Calendly calendar on the contact page and pick a convenient 15-minute slot for an initial discussion (all consultation calls take place after 3:30 PM).

  2. Tailor Your Pack: On our call, we will confirm your lounge's average group size, discuss any specific motor skill or cognitive needs your residents have, and verify your delivery details.

  3. Studio Activation: We will email you a secure, direct setup link to activate your monthly subscription. Once completed on or before the 5th, your custom resident packs are locked into our studio production run, and your first Master Box will arrive by the middle of the month!
